When preparing for a new building, pipeline, utility, or piling, demolition, infrastructure or general construction work, HSI is there for you. We protect you by documenting the area and buildings before your work begins. In case of a damage claim, we have the hard proof that your activity did not produce any damages. We measure all construction activity in person or WIRELESSLY. 

Pre Blast & Pre Construction Surveys in Florida

For 18 years, we have been performing high definition video and photographic pre blast / pre construction surveys. By having all surfaces fully documented for pre existing conditions; if there is a claim of damage, all parties are protected. All surfaces are recorded, our experienced technicians use LED light to illuminate defects that are hidden in ambient light. Structural and cosmetic damages are also described audibly by the technician. We have extensive experience documenting private homes and commercial buildings of all sizes. We have surveyed Dams, utilities, fields, parking lots, railroads, haul routes, and other structures adjacent to work sites. Crack gauges can also be installed to be checked regularly.

Vibration, Optical & Sound Monitoring in Florida

HSI monitors and records all Vibration that is produced from blasting, construction, and all vibratory work sources  Timely feedback to contractors mitigates creating vibrations high enough to cause damage to neighboring structures. We  monitor utility lines, buildings, bridges, pipelines, roads and support of excavation. We utilize Seismographs by Instantel and Nomis. We offer Attended Vibration Monitoring and Wireless (Remote) Monitoring which reduces costs and maintains 24 hour reporting. HSI deploys dozens of remote seismographs in long term and short term projects. To meet your needs, these units can be mounted inside any structure or outside with a Solar Panel. Sound Monitoring is also performed on site manned or remotely.
